An exciting opportunity has arisen when the Global Sales and Marketing Division at Kongsberg Maritime are looking for two Sales Managers to expand our team. You will be part of a sales team located in Kristinehamn and work in close collaboration with regional sales and product divisions to maximize customer opportunities.
As Sales manager, you drive and develop business opportunities from concept to contract, turn an inquiry into an attractive offer and negotiate profitable contracts with our customers. Your main focus is sales of marine propulsion products within the Naval segment. Work in an exciting international environment and travelling globally to meet our customers will be part of your daily job.

We can offer you flexible working hours and the option to work partly remote based on your work tasks.
Qualifications and experience
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or finance discipline, or equivalent work experience. A winning mindset of being curious, responsive and driven to make business is key to succeed in this position, together with experience in building customer relations. You should preferably have financial acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
