4C Strategies supports UNDP with Risk Management

In order to improve organisational resilience in light of its new strategic plan, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has engaged 4C Strategies to assist in defining a Risk and Resilience Framework. The framework will provide guidelines as to how UNDP can successfully meet or exceed its objectives as outlined in the 2014-2017 Strategic Plan – Changing with the World.
